Northern Arizona Road Closures Due To Weather

Several highways were closed today due to the weather, and weather related incidents.

SR 89A in both directions, north of Jerome from mileposts 343-347 was closed for several hours today due to a crash.

SR 260 in Star Valley was closed for several hours as well due to impassible roads.

According to the latest information from ADOT, the following highways and locations are closed due to weather and weather-related accidents:

• State Route 89 northbound is closed at milepost 297 due to a crash.

• SR 87 Southbound is closed at milepost 251, south of Payson.

• SR 87 Northbound is closed at milepost 254, north of Payson.

• SR 260 West of Herber due to snowy conditions from milepost 302

If you do not have to travel, please don’t as the roadways may become worse tonight.
