Arrests and Raids After Lengthy Investigation

After an extensive and lengthy investigation, two Page residents have been arrested by the Page Police Department in connection with the distribution of illicit and dangerous drugs.
According to the Page Police Department’s News Release, in the late hours of May 12, 2018, the Page Police Department executed search warrants on two locations within Page. One location was a residence on Spruce Ave., and the other was a business on Elm St.
Officers seized large quantities of methamphetamines, drug paraphernalia, business documents, hard drives, and other evidence from both locations pertaining to the sale of dangerous drugs.
After speaking with Detective TerEick, there are further charges pending from the Page Police Department, and other charges may be pending from other agencies.
The suspects have been identified as the owners of both the business and residence, Michael Margerison and Taylor Mundine, both of Page. Both suspects were arrested for possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to Arizona State Statute, the possession of dangerous drugs for sale is classified as a class 2 felony and can carry a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison if found guilty.
These are accusations only and not any indication of guilt. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
