Another Saturday, another successful Farmers Market. The variety and changing availability of different fresh produce, live plants, eggs, and locally made goods is always refreshing. This week we had everything from raw honey to locally produced laundry detergent, specifically formulated for use in our hard water environment.

Last week there was a vendor of honey from Flagstaff, who returned again this week. However, a new vendor selling raw honey, came in all the way from Mt. Pleasant, Utah just to share his products in the local marketplace.
That's almost a 5 hour drive just to participate in Page's Farmers Market.
One of the biggest sellers, and most prolific products were apricots this week.

Hand painted garden rocks and live herbs and flowers were available from a few sellers.

A new arrival this week was from local Susanne Pennell. Her hand made laundry soap with no dyes perfumes or colors was specifically formulated for our area's hard water. Much cheaper than store purchased brands, and crafted right here in the area.
Don't forget the Page Farmers Market will be running every Saturday Starting at 8am until the weather becomes too cold to handle.
Come on out to support local growers, and manufacturers every week, or to bring your own produce! To find out more visit their Facebook page here. Check out our local events page to find out other things to do in the Page area.
