If you are looking for fresh vegetables, fruits or flowers, or even to just meet new people, Page now has the place for you! From 8-11 (or until everything has been sold), every Saturday until October 28, come join in the festivities at the Page Farmer’s Market located at the City Park/John C. Page Memorial Park next to the Community Center. Most of the vendors are from Page, however there are vegetables from a garden in Big Water, and honey from a beekeeper in Flagstaff.
Some of the local vendors include Another Way Domestic Violence Support Services, employees from Encompass Health Care (who maintain a local community garden), and to get your morning started right, Espresso Wagon is there to offer coffee and sweets.

The produce is fresh, unlike what you can get from a store, and it looks and tastes wonderful! By shopping here, you are getting great quality and supporting not only local businesses, individuals, and organizations, but also the Page community as a whole through building partnerships and long-lasting relationships. There are herbs, apricots, peaches, greens, lettuce, cucumbers, chard, onions, and a handful of other produce to make your mouth water and your meals brighter.
There are even egg vendors to get your free-range and fresh eggs so you can ‘get your egg on’ so-to-speak. Page Farmer’s Market is looking for more vendors to make the Farmer’s Market as large as possible.
If you want to participate, you can volunteer your time to help vendors and visitors, or if you have goods, you can either pay $2 for each week you want to sell, or $25 for the entire season.

If you want to participate as either a volunteer or vendor and want more information, contact the Farmers Market send an email to farmers86040@gmail.com. If you want to keep updated on dates, times, vendors and other information, follow the Page Farmers Market on Facebook, just look up Page Farmers Market.
Currently, the City has only approved the licensing for this event to raw foods such as produce (fruits and veggies), flowers & plants, honey, and eggs. However, if you have a local food business, and can provide the city with the documentation to show you meet the safety and health requirements, you too are encouraged to purchase space in these events; you would have to provide your own insurance though. If you haven’t taken the time to check out the Page Farmer’s Market yet, you should. It is growing every week with new and interesting people, items, produce and atmosphere.
